Company Relationship with Brands: Hammatime Collection operates as an independent reseller of luxury timepieces. We are not affiliated, either formally or informally, with any of the brands whose products we sell. It is important to note that Hammatime Collection is not an authorized dealer of these brands.

Product Testing and Warranty: Before the sale of any timepiece, Hammatime Collection conducts thorough inspection and mechanical testing to ensure quality and functionality. Each timepiece sold by Hammatime Collection comes with a one-year warranty. This warranty covers mechanical defects only, and does not cover wear and tear that arise during normal use, or from owner mis-use.

Warranty Claims Process: To initiate a warranty claim, the buyer must directly contact Hammatime Collection. Our team will provide instructions and assistance regarding the claim process.

Servicing and Repairs: For any servicing required under the warranty, the timepiece must be returned to Hammatime Collection. We do not recognize or reimburse claims for service or repair work conducted by third-party service providers.

Warranty Limitations: The provided warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear experienced during the regular use of the timepiece.
  • Any damage resulting from misuse or mishandling by the buyer. For example, damage caused by over-winding a manual-wind watch leading to a broken main-spring would not be covered.
  • Water damage of any kind. 

Additional Provisions:

  • Authenticity Guarantee: Hammatime Collection guarantees the authenticity of every timepiece sold. Our experts verify the authenticity of each item to ensure our customers receive genuine luxury timepieces.
  • Return Policy: Customers may return any purchased timepiece within a specified period, provided that the item is in its original condition, including packaging and documentation, subject to a restock fee to be determined by Hammatime Collection. Details of the return period and process will be provided at the time of purchase.
  • Shipping and Handling: Hammatime Collection takes responsibility for the safe packaging and shipping of your timepiece. Shipping costs and methods will be detailed at the time of purchase.
  • Customer Service and Support: Our customer service team is available to assist with any inquiries or issues. Contact details will be provided at the time of purchase and can also be found on our website.
