RETURNS POLICY
At Hammatime Collection, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a 24-hour return or exchange policy, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
Eligible Items: Items are eligible for return or exchange if they are:
- Not as described in the listing.
- Damaged or non-functional upon arrival.
Ineligible Items: The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Special order or sourced timepieces.
- Final sale items.
- Items damaged or altered after receipt.
We may consider returns for ineligible items on a case-by-case basis, subject to a restocking fee.
Return Conditions

Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery. Contact us immediately to receive specific return instructions.
Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. -
Items must be returned in their exact original condition, including all accompanying materials (e.g., packaging, books, tags, and accessories). Items sold as new, with manufacturer protective stickers, must be returned with stickers intact and without signs of wear.
If these conditions are not met, the return will be refused.
REFUNDS
Inspection Period
Once the returned item is received, we will conduct a thorough inspection within 72 hours to verify its condition. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may result in a partial refund or rejection of the return.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5 business days to process after inspection.
Lost Return Packages
In the unlikely event of a lost return package, we will file an insurance claim. Refunds will only be processed after the claim is resolved.
